IGN is an entertainment website which focuses on video games, films, music and other media. My role as the art director on this account was to create a series of email marketing campaigns. This began with the development of a dynamically populated enewsletter template. Based on user preferences the email would serve up tailored content. This effort included the creation of a preference center where users could make changes, and also provide IGN with an opportunity to promote additional enewsletter titles. I continued to work on several email and social media campaigns, creating strategies to increase open rates, build brand awareness, and generate new subscribers.
